Founded in 1985, GMCS existed to provide public and in-house education courses for industry in production, purchasing, six sigma and inventory control and warehouse operations, and to further the understanding and adoption of modern techniques in these areas. The core of the companys interests and expertise lay in the list of previous standard courses listed on the Home page of this website. Due to ill health, it became necessary to give up the presentation of courses in the summer of 2006, and the company ceased trading.
Principal Instructing Associate
The founder of GMCS and its principal instructor is David Crabtree.
Training Notes/Manuals
Each training course or workship given by GMCS was accompanied by a full text, fully illustrated manual of notes intended to assist the delegate during the training day and to act as a reference for many years after the event. Since Summer 2006, work has begun on transferring these notes as free material at this website, for the benefit of visitors, especially those from British industrial concerns.
